Terms of Service

Effective October 28, 2026

These terms are an agreement between your company and Final Call, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("we" or "us"), for the Photo Stamper service (the "service"). By creating an account or checking the box at signup, you agree to these terms on behalf of your company. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. The service

Photo Stamper is a browser tool that adds your logo (and, on the banners plan, promo banners) to photos you choose and exports them. Photo processing happens in your browser. We don't upload or store your photos. We do store the logo and banner artwork you give us so we can build and host your stamper.

2. Business use only

The service is for business use. By signing up, you confirm you're using it for your business and that you're authorized to accept these terms for that business.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use the service. One subscription covers one company, and that company's team may share its login. Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

4. Plans, free trial and automatic renewal

Plans are $24/month (Logo stamping) and $29/month (Logo + promo banners), plus any applicable tax. New subscriptions start with a 30-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically each month and your payment method is charged the plan price until you cancel. If no payment method is on file when the trial ends, the subscription ends and access stops.

You can cancel anytime online from "Manage billing" on our site. Cancelling stops all future charges. We'll email you 30 days before any price change, and the new price applies at your next renewal after that.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. You won't be charged during the free trial. If a payment fails, access may be paused until payment succeeds. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the month you've already paid for. We don't give refunds or partial-month refunds.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to your photos, logos and artwork. You give us permission to store and use your logo and artwork only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload or stamp. You're responsible for how you use stamped photos.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to infringe anyone's rights, misrepresent a property, do anything unlawful, or interfere with the service or other customers' accounts.

8. No warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. A watermark can discourage copying of photos but can't prevent it. We don't guarantee it will stop copying, fraud or scams.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, RENT, BUSINESS OR DATA, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and cover us, including reasonable attorney fees, against claims from others that arise from your photos, logos or artwork, how you use stamped photos, or your breaking these terms.

11. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel anytime as described in section 4. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay. When your subscription ends, access stops and we delete your stored logo and artwork within 30 days.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we'll email the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect and update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after the changes take effect, you accept them. Price changes follow section 4.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee, and both parties agree to that location.

15. General

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term right away doesn't waive it. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between us about the service.
